Festival of Fears - Mary Esther

The Festival of Fears brings its fan-favorite haunted house, Cryptid Hollow, to the wild this October at the Oak Tree Nature Park in Mary Esther, FL.  Come face-to-face with Bigfoot, Mothman, and all your favorite cryptids along this nearly mile-long trail through the woods of Coastal Florida.

With the trail being on a real Nature Trail, this haunted attraction has limited set pieces and special effects.  All props and decorations are removed from the trail each night, and special effects, sound effects and lighting effects are limited to being no more disruptive than the lights and sounds from passing cars on the neighboring roads.  Instead, this haunted attraction focuses on the naturally spooky environment, the dark woods, and of course dozens of our favorite cryptid monsters around every corner.

Parking for the Festival of Fears in Mary Esther is located at the Regal Santa Rosa Movie Theatre at the former Santa Rosa Mall.  Busses bring guests to the trail and back to the parking lot following your experience.

Tickets are $25 and include the haunted trail itself and busses to and from the trail and parking lot!

The Festival of Fears is open Fridays and Saturday nights from October 9th - October 31st.  Hours vary by night.  The Festival of Fears is recommended for ages 13 and above.  Guests younger than 13 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.  The nature trail is accessible for guests using trail accessible wheelchairs only, standard wheelchairs are not able to navigate the trail.  The Festival of Fears has a manual trail accessible wheelchair available for use for those who need one.
