Is there an age limit?
All guests must be old enough to walk through the attraction on their own. The Festival of Fears is recommended for ages 13+, guests younger than 13 must be accompanied by a paying adult at all times.
Are you open if it's raining?
Yes! The Festival of Fears is fully indoors and operates rain or shine. In the event of inclement weather, we will communicate with ticket holders directly and post updates on social media.
Are you handicap accessible
Yes! The Festival of Fears is fully handicap accessible using a standard wheelchair. Complimentary wheelchairs are available at the Gift Shop if you need to borrow one.
Do you charge for parking?
No! Ample parking is available for free at our main entry. Our main entry is on the West side of the building, facing the movie theatre and the Surge trampoline park.
How big can our group be?
We allow up to 8 people to enter the haunted house at a time. Larger groups will be split before entering. During busy times, smaller groups may be combined to reduce wait times.
Can the actors touch us?
No! We are a non-contact haunted house, the actors will not touch you and we ask that you do not touch them. However, they will get very close and it is not uncommon to come in contact with parts of the set.
